Our mediators are specialists in working in public sector and care settings and have an admirable success rate in achieving the desired outcomes for client organisations.

The People at Work Workplace Mediation Model has 4 key steps:

  • Pre Mediation Review – separately with all parties
  • Mediation Process – normally between a half and a full day involving all parties and joint and individual meetings
  • Outcome summary - agreed by all parties
  • Post Mediation Support to the organisation and parties involved
